  • CAMPS & CLINICS
    Prior to 30 days from start date
    Full refund minus a $100 Administration fee or full amount can be refunded as a credit to your account

    Within 30 days of start date
    Refunds are not eligible but will be returned to your account as a full credit

    Exceptions
    Last minute cancellations due to injury will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

    PRIVATES, SEMI-PRIVATES, SMALL GROUPS, TEAM PRACTICES
    Cancellations will only be accepted prior to 24 hours of your scheduled session
    *ice fees may still apply

  • All Clinics are purchased as a set. No makeup sessions or credits will be provided.

    • Contact tatiana@thegoaliegroup.ca and provide what you’re hoping to book and availability (days of the week, times of day, number of sessions, frequency, where you live, etc). The more information the better

    • Once we receive that information, we can send you a list of available ice times that work for our coaches

    • Contact tatiana@thegoaliegroup.ca and provide your team’s Practices dates/times. Include how many sessions you’d like to book

    • Once we receive that information, we can send you a list dates that our coaches can attend

  • We can book lessons all over the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island but for privates, we typically book at the following arena’s as they give our clients a discounted rate on ice:

    VICTORIA

    Save On Foods Memorial: Ice is only available on a last minute basis

    LOWER MAINLAND

    National Hockey Training Centre in Langley (Main & Academy): Any day/time

    Richmond Ice Centre: weekdays before 4pm

  • The Goalie Group reserves the right to reschedule or regroup our goalies based on enrollment and availability
